In my opinion, all four skills can be taught with mobile learning as long as the aim is properly set. One can easily use the readily available social media websites/apps, emails, push-to-talk apps(such as Zello), video conferencing (Skype), podcasting apps (itunes,podomatic) or photo/video editing tools. However, I am a bit skeptical about how to monitor or give feedback to a speaking activity done with a mobile tool such as skype. Teaching writing long texts like essays, articles can also be challenging.
